Our head offices are in Johannesburg, and we have regional offices in major regions that include KwaZulu-Natal, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and Gauteng.
Empact Group is a Business-to-Business (B2B) services provider. This means our business only supplies other businesses with integrated solutions and not individual persons in their private capacity.

Empact Group’s Facilities Management division provides Hard/Technical Services, Soft Services, Business Support and Project Management.
Hard services relate to the physical structure of the building. They affect the safety and welfare of employees and visitors, and as such, are required by law. Hard Services include but not limited to Gas, plumbing, and heating.
Soft Service relate to the non-technical and non-physical tasks that are focused on creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the occupants of a facility. These include services such as Waste Management, Landscaping ,Security and Indoor plants.
